Join the Foss Group of Companies as a detail-oriented PDI Technician in Thornhill. You'll ensure every vehicle meets safety and quality standards through thorough inspections and maintenance. In this role, you will work within the service team to prepare vehicles for our showroom while maintaining high quality. A background as an experienced unlicensed technician or 2nd/3rd-year apprentice is ideal, especially for those who thrive in fast-paced environments. Your attention to detail will ensure all vehicle features function according to manufacturer specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections on new vehicle arrivals
- Perform basic repairs on used vehicle trade-ins
- Execute oil changes and tire rotations
- Report repairs outside internal preparation to the Shop Foreman
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace
- Experience in an automotive shop environment
- Progress toward an apprenticeship preferred
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Possession of automotive tools
- Strong written instruction following skills
