Hiring: Business Analyst - Agile / Microservices

Contract: 4 Months + Potential Long-Term Extension

Start Date: December 1, 2026

Openings: 3

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support an Agile technology delivery team working on a custom-built platform using event-driven .NET microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, product teams and stakeholders.
  • Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  • Assist with testing, production support and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Scrum Master activities as needed.
  • Use Azure DevOps to track requirements and delivery progress.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Agile technology environments.
  • Strong Azure DevOps and Scrum experience.
  • Experience working with event-driven architecture and microservices.
  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Knowledge of .NET, Git and Visual Studio.
  • Exposure to Azure services, authentication, Application Insights, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred:

  • Insurance industry experience.
