DynaIndustrial is seeking an HR Specialist to join their Saskatoon team. This role focuses on recruitment, employee support, and training initiatives in a dynamic industrial setting. You'll collaborate with employees and leaders to foster a positive workplace culture and drive workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for trades and production roles
- Act as a resource for employee relations and support
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Organize recognition and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience in industrial environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- CPHR designation is a plus
