TOMCO Production Services Ltd. provides the followingspecialty services to our clients:

• Post Weld Heat Treatment

• Hydraulic Torquing,Tensioning and Nut Splitting

• Hot and ColdTaps
  
• Flange Facing and Portable Milling.
  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Receives direction from Operations Supervisor onproject and daily work requirements.
  
• Perform work in a safe manner and abide by company andcustomer safety requirements
  
• Completing assigned paperwork as required by either customeror company
  
• Properly uses andmaintains company tools, equipment and vehicles ifapplicable
  
• Machinists perform machineoperations including, pump/motor base milling, line boring,RTJ + RF flange faces
  
• Responsiblefor ensuring the calibration and documentation of allassociated gauges and measuring equipment.
  
• Must be familiar with field machining equipment and thelimitations of each piece of equipment
  
• Control and regulate machining factors such as speed, feed,coolant flow and depth and angle of cut
  
• Estimate jobs to determine the length of time andmaterials/equipment required to complete the job safely and efficiently
  

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent,technical school or college based credits.
  
• Complete safety related courses required bycustomer/clients and company.
  
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing withco-workers, supervisors and managers.
  
• Read blueprints, sketches, drawing, manuals, specificationsto determine dimensions and tolerances of finishedproduct
  
• Must be able to read, analyzeand interpret isometric drawings and develop equipmentrequirements from the drawing supplied byclients/customers.
  
• Able to interpreta variety of instructions furnished in written and oralformat
  
• Be familiar with various typesof field machining tools and equipment.
  
• To verify conformance of finished work piece tospecifications
  
• To pass drug andalcohol test administered by customers and company.
  
• Must be willing to work extended hours,shift work, weekends, and holidays
  
• Possess a valid driver’s license
  
• To work on out-of-town assignments. Travel will berequired.
  
• Ability to work in variousenvironmental elements (rain, cold, hot, humid conditionsetc.)
  
• Sufficient manual dexteritywith or without reasonable accommodation, which allow theemployee to complete reports.
  
• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with orwithout reasonable accommodations which permit the employee toperform field duties, including climbing multiple levels of stairsand climbing ladders.
  
• Ability tolift and or move up to 50 lbs. on an as neededbasis
  
• Class 3 Drivers License wouldbe beneficial
