Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive assessments for complex wounds
- Deliver advanced wound care management strategies
- Monitor and document treatment outcomes closely
- Instruct clients and families on care and prevention
- Engage with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- RN or RPN license in good standing with the CNO
- Three years of recent wound care experience required
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
- Valid driver's license and access to vehicle preferred
- Current certifications in CPR/First Aid and WHMIS
