Purchasing : Junior Buyer

Based in Rouyn-Noranda, we are recognized for the excellence of our services in aircraft chartering, aeromedical evacuations, aircraft maintenance, and airport services, supported by nearly 130 employees.
Handle routine purchases of parts, materials, and supplies according to established procedures.
Prepare and enter purchase orders, request quotes, and follow up on orders.
Provide essential support to the storekeeper: receive goods, check compliance, organize and maintain inventory.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager for complex purchases and strategic negotiations.
Ensure proper filing and updating of documents related to purchases and inventory.

Permanent, full-time position based in Rouyn-Noranda (office and warehouse environment).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail , to keep inventory and orders under control.
Proficiency with computer tools , including Microsoft Office (ERP experience is an asset).
Commitment to quality and compliance , to maintain our high standards.
High school diploma completed.
Experience in a similar role in purchasing or supply chain (an asset).
Bilingual (French and English), required to interact with a clientele that is approximately 50% English-speaking.
