Be a pivotal part of enhancing the Toronto Blue Jays' fan experience at Rogers Centre. This Manager position focuses on promoting events and fundraising initiatives to create memorable experiences. Join the Fan Experience Department as a full-time Manager, Promotions, Experience, and Fundraising Events. You will coordinate promotional programs and ensure seamless integration at the ballpark while managing event talent. This role is vital to achieving the Jays Care Foundation’s fundraising objective of over $2.4 million annually. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute fan activation events on game days
- Coordinate efforts with internal teams and external vendors
- Oversee logistics and operational planning for events
- Manage vendor sourcing, budgets, and timelines
- Support live entertainment programming across event spaces
- University or College degree in a related field
- 3-5 years experience in event planning or fundraising
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Passion for baseball and the Toronto Blue Jays
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
