Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment in manufacturing
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives using CORE tools
- Create and maintain effective standard operating procedures
- Support compliance and safety initiatives on site
- Assist in training staff and documentation maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing
- Technical diploma in engineering or equivalent
- Aerospace or automation experience is preferred
- Strong command of English
- Must possess eligibility to work in Canada
