Build, coach, and guide a high-performing Colourists team Oversee colour operations across all product categories Ensure on-time delivery of all samples Identify special projects aligned with team members’ strengths Lead business-critical projects with diverse partners
Requirements:
Seven-plus years’ operational apparel industry experience Minimum five years’ colour environment experience Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration abilities Colour acuity and excellent organizational skills Bring colour operations leadership, process evolution, and cross-functional collaboration to Arc’teryx’s apparel business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
