Your responsibilities will include setting up, engaging with residents during events, and ensuring a supportive atmosphere. Each interaction provides vital social stimulation and fosters a sense of community among residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of activities
- Interact with residents during fun events
- Handle event setup and cleanup efficiently
- Create opportunities for socialization and participation
- Show empathy and understanding toward residents' needs
- Candidates must be 16 years or older
- Solid English communication skills
- Capable of independent work with staff supervision
- Willing to follow staff guidance and directions
- Sensitive to residents' emotional and physical challenges
