This Field Service Operations Manager leads construction and forestry service teams while mentoring branch Service Managers. The work centers on sales, margins, expenses, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational compliance. You will develop plans, support implementation, and monitor measurable progress across service departments.
Key Responsibilities
Establish service objectives and strategic improvement plansDevelop actionable plans to improve operational efficiencyAssist Service Managers with initiative implementationAudit compliance with policies, procedures, and regulationsApply 5S and Lean principles to service workflowsRequirements:
Six to ten years as a heavy equipment dealer Service ManagerUnderstanding of compliant auditing practicesAbility to develop customer-focused business plansAbility to lead branch Service ManagersProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsBring service leadership, Lean improvement, auditing, and profitability expertise to Brandt’s construction and forestry operations in Mississauga.
