Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking enthusiastic Service Leaders committed to delivering excellent service. This role emphasizes preparing safe and quality food, training team members, and supporting a positive dining atmosphere. Strong communication and cash handling experience are vital, along with a commitment to Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality food service and taste
- Resolve food quality issues promptly
- Monitor food safety practices and checklist compliance
- Assist in crew training and performance reviews
- Oversee crew scheduling and break management
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Cash handling policy understanding
- Open availability for scheduling at least 32 hours
