- Enhance sensory experiences across sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing
- Guide guests through personalized product selections
- Organize training with the Store Manager
- Provide guidance supporting an inclusive team culture
Requirements:
- Experience leading teams in retail or hospitality
- Exceptional guiding and communication skills
- Innovative approach in sales-focused environments
- Skincare, body care, or fragrance familiarity beneficial
- Basic technological proficiency required
