Elevate your career as a Property Accountant with QuadReal Property Group in Vancouver. This role focuses on financial reporting and analysis, utilizing advanced Excel and Yardi expertise. As a Property Accountant, report to the Accounting Manager while ensuring accurate and professional financial statements are generated in accordance with QuadReal’s standards. You will analyze balance sheets, manage financial audits, and handle both tenant inquiries and property budgets. Your analytical skills will be crucial in understanding property expenditures and revenues while maintaining compliance with lease agreements. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Analyze balance sheets for accuracy and variations
- Manage lease reviews and ensure compliance
- Monitor large cash flow items promptly
- Compile documentation for audits and tenant disputes
- Qualified or enrolled CPA designation
- Minimum 2 years in commercial property accounting
- Proficient in Excel; Yardi experience preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaboration
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
