Drive sales success as a Senior Sales Manager overseeing trading operations. Expand client networks, mentor a sales team, and lead negotiations to achieve revenue targets. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our trading operations. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and executing trade transactions. The ideal candidate will also monitor market trends and provide team leadership through coaching and mentorship. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales plans for revenue growth
- Build relationships with suppliers and buyers in the market
- Coordinate with logistics and finance for transaction execution
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Recruit and train sales representatives with clear KPIs
- Proven experience in sales management and B2B negotiations
- Strong understanding of global market trends and pricing
- Ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in trade operations and transaction coordination
