Build event marketing experience with commonsku as a remote-first Events Marketing Intern for conferences, trade shows, and virtual events. Bring organization and communication skills.
This co-op role supports marketing event campaigns that strengthen customer and prospect engagement, revenue, and retention. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Partnerships. The work includes event planning, logistics, campaign support, and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support commonsku-hosted conferences, trade shows, and exhibitor events
- Research events, source venues, coordinate vendors, and manage timelines
- Coordinate booth setup, breakdown, merchandise, catering, and refreshments
- Assist with hotels, flights, registrations, and team logistics
- Support email and social media campaign development
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completing Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing degree
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
- Comfort working independently, asynchronously, and collaboratively
- Experience or excitement working with AI
Support commonsku events and campaigns across Ontario while developing practical marketing, project management, and event operations experience.
