Mercor, based in San Francisco, seeks a skilled FP&A Expert with substantial experience in financial reporting and analytical tasks. You will leverage your knowledge of the Financial Forecaster to review AI-agent rollouts, ensure compliance, and refine task realism. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy of financial models and automated reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA on AI-agent outputs in Financial Forecaster
- Identify and report failure modes in AI responses
- Enhance task prompts for improved complexity
- Update grading guidelines for error elimination
- Catch plausible errors overlooked by non-experts
- Minimum of 5 years in FP&A or related fields
- Proficient in using Financial Forecaster for real tasks
- Expert ability to analyze forecasting models
- Strong judgment in marking plausible incorrect answers
- Knowledge of credit compliance and segment reporting
