Key Responsibilities
• Assess and plan individualized resident care strategies
• Lead care plan development with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and supervise staff performance and tasks
• Engage in collaborative healthcare practices
• Mentor staff and foster ongoing competency development
Requirements:
• Registration with CLPNA is mandatory
• Prior long-term care experience is preferred
• Must have CPR certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
