We're looking for a Senior CRO & A/B Testing Growth Specialist to help lead experimentation, performance strategy, and conversion optimization across multiple 6–9 figure DTC brands. You don't need to design. You don't need to develop. You must WRITE COPY You must think in systems, strategy, psychology, insights, and high-leverage actions that drive revenue at scale. You'll guide research, identify bottlenecks, create test hypotheses, shape offers, build conversion frameworks, mentor the team, and work closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers to execute world-class tests. This is the person who shapes performance, drives experimentation, and ensures every move has purpose, leverage, and impact. About the role: As a Senior CRO & A/B Testing Growth Specialist , you will lead: CRO strategy Research & insight extraction A/B test planning Test prioritization Offer and messaging optimization UX behavioral psychology ideas Performance diagnosis Funnel improvements High-leverage decision-making You will work closely with: Designers Copywriters Developers Data analysts Replo specialists Project managers Your job is simple: Find what's stopping conversion, fix it, test it, scale it. This is a remote, part-time contractor role with potential to expand quickly. What you will do: Research, Insights & Customer Understanding Lead qualitative & quantitative research Break down customer psychology and objections Analyze reviews, heatmaps, screen recordings, analytics Turn insights into clear action paths Create consumer awareness & sophistication breakdowns Build persona and motivation maps for each brand CRO Strategy & High-Leverage Decision Making Identify bottlenecks across landing pages, PDPs, funnels, cart, and checkout Prioritize what matters most (impact > effort) Create full conversion strategies for each brand Map out test sequences and optimization flows Diagnose drops, leaks, friction points, and hidden opportunities A/B Testing Planning & Execution Ideate, structure, and plan tests using proven frameworks Collaborate with design, copy, and dev to bring tests to life Ensure test logic, hypotheses, and execution are accurate Work with Intelligems for setup QA with tech teams Analyze test results with clarity and business context Turn winners into scale-ready implementations Offer, Messaging & Funnel Optimization Improve clarity, structure, and persuasion across pages Shape offers, angles, and value propositions Create messaging frameworks for funnels and pages Understand incentives, objections, and emotional drivers Write strategic copy direction for the copy team Performance Diagnosis Work with data analysts to interpret performance Quickly identify where conversions break Recommend precise fixes and high-impact tests Guide the team on execution priorities Ensure everything we do pushes revenue, not noise Team Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with PMs to move projects forward Support designers with CRO-driven creative direction Help developers and Replo builders understand logic and flow Mentor junior members with frameworks, clarity, and thinking Ensure the entire execution team is aligned with strategy Requirements - Experience & Skills 3–5 years in CRO, funnel optimization, growth, or experimentation Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability Understands A/B testing deeply (statistics, validity, setup) Comfortable inside Shopify, Figma, analytics tools, and A/B platforms Excellent understanding of consumer psychology Able to brief design, copy, and dev with clarity Proven track record of increasing CVR, AOV, RPV, or revenue CRO Thinking & Strategic Skills High leverage thinking (80/20) Bottleneck detection Hypothesis creation Prioritization frameworks Objection mapping Offer logic positioning UX flows friction detection Emotional vs rational conversion triggers Soft Skills Clear communicator Fast thinker Organized, structured, methodical High ownership leadership energy Creative AND analytical Loves solving problems Calm under pressure Obsessed with improvement and performance Who You Are You're the kind of person who: Sees conversion opportunities instantly Loves mixing psychology, creativity, and data Thinks in funnels, flows, patterns, and leverage Can turn chaos into clarity in minutes Balances creativity with math Understands WHY people convert, not just HOW Can lead, teach, and elevate everyone around you Wants to be the brain behind breakthrough results You're essentially a growth architect, someone who creates revenue with thinking, not fluff.
