Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a multi-year maintenance strategy
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives
• Build technical capability through coaching and skills development
• Ensure compliance with ammonia refrigeration and wastewater systems
• Oversee resource planning for maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance leadership
• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration and utilities operations
• Experience with maintenance compliance standards
