Fraud Claims Processor

POSITION OVERVIEW Armis Insurance Solutions Ltd., a division of Pitcher & Doyle is hiring for a Claims Representative reporting to the Director, Underwriting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to transition or start their insurance career in Claims, with strong experience in customer service, conflict resolution and administration. Training and mentorship for this role will be provided.

Initial Claim Reporting:
•Support and manage the initial claim reporting process from clients, brokers, and repair facilities.
•Document Review and Verification:
•Review and assess submitted claim documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to policy terms.
•Provide clear and timely updates on the status of claims and settlements.

Collaborate with external adjusters, insurers, and contractors to facilitate the claims process, ensuring efficient communication and resolution.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy management.

Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the department

•Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and company policies

1 year of administrative/customer service experience working in car dealership preferred
•General Insurance Level 1 license, an asset
•Previous claims experience an asset
•Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and
