In this influential role, you'll report directly to the Property Manager and handle the maintenance and operation of building systems. Your expertise will help ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance in a varied property management environment. This position needs a high-energy individual keen on maintaining quality operations and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance of building systems and equipment
- Communicate with tenants for service inquiries
- Coordinate inspections and upkeep of properties
- Ensure safety compliance throughout facilities
- Act as first responder to emergencies when needed
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in mechanical or trades
- Five years in a building operator role required
- Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems
- Successful communication with contractors and tenants
- Valid Class G driver's license for travel
