Key Responsibilities
• Oversee field compaction testing management and tracking
• Lead and develop field staff through training and mentoring
• Perform inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards
• Analyze project design specifications and communicate findings
• Act as Radiation Safety Officer as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in construction materials testing or related fields
• Hands-on experience with field testing equipment
• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for projects
• Knowledgeable in ASTM and CSA standards Enhance project quality through expert oversight and technical leadership within Phasor Engineering's testing team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
