Key Responsibilities
• Lead design and implementation of future-state finance processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders on current challenges and opportunities
• Challenge design recommendations aligned with Clean Core principles
• Prepare materials for governance and decision-making forums
• Oversee testing and business readiness activities
Requirements:
• Strong finance and accounting background
• Experience with financial reporting and controls
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration ability
• Experience in finance transformation initiatives preferred Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative success at Great-West Lifeco in this pivotal role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
