We are seeking experienced Agile Consultants to support two upcoming projects. Contract: Full-Time Hours Locations: Toronto or Vancouver Toronto – Hybrid Consultants will work closely with client teams to facilitate Agile practices, provide coaching, and support delivery. Required Skills: Strong consulting skills (PowerPoint, Excel, reporting, documentation) Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA) Experience in Agile coaching, training, and team facilitation Understanding of SDLC processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred: Experience with banking or financial services clients Background in high-intensity client engagements Vancouver – Remote (with travel as needed) Consultants must have strong experience in consumer or retail environments, plus: Ways of Working Process Mapping & Process Improvement Agile coaching across cross-functional teams Supporting digital or e-commerce transformation initiatives
