DECIEM seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Eastside Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke. This role emphasizes daily machinery inspections and proactive maintenance tasks. As a critical team member, you'll be responsible for reducing equipment stoppages by performing preventive maintenance. You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting and managing various industrial machinery, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain production machinery consistently
- Assist in the dismantling and relocation of equipment
- Document all maintenance activities thoroughly
- Implement routine maintenance procedures effectively
- Report issues to senior management promptly
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to lift 25kg regularly
- Education or experience in a related field
- Eagerness to learn new technical skills
- Proven time management and communication proficiency
