We're Hiring: Maintenance Manager Are you a proactive leader with a strong background in facilities and equipment management? We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee our repair and maintenance department, ensuring our operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently. About the Role: As Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining equipment, mechanical systems, and facilities. You'll manage installations, upgrades, and vendor relationships while driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the maintenance team, overseeing training, performance, and personnel decisions Ensure all activities meet or exceed safety standards and regulatory requirements Manage installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities Oversee departmental budget and prioritize tasks based on urgency and resources Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate records and documentation Negotiate contracts with external vendors Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of company premises What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or facility management (preferred)6+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or manufacturing Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Teams, and Outlook Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills A proactive, self-motivated approach in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
