Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Coordinate routing, dispatch, and field service activities Monitor staffing, equipment, and customer needs Conduct safety audits, inspections, and training initiatives Manage budgets, costs, reporting, and operational improvements
Requirements:
Three to five years of operations management experience Background in field service, logistics, or service industries Experience managing multiple locations, teams, and budgets Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Apply multi-site leadership, dispatch coordination, compliance knowledge, and financial oversight to strengthen field service operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
