Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, applications, and connectivity Diagnose Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 issues Configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals Manage accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or related discipline Approximately three or more years of relevant experience Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge Experience deploying computers, mobile devices, printers, and office equipment Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, and VPNs Apply your Microsoft 365, Windows, device deployment, and troubleshooting expertise across essential organizational technology systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
