Payroll Specialist - Montreal (Hybrid)

Our client, a payroll outsourcing company, is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. If you have experience managing payroll for multiple clients and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you

Payroll Processing: Administer payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.

Ensure payroll complies with federal and provincial regulations.

Prepare T4s, Relevé 1, and year-end reconciliations.

Provide expert payroll advice and resolve inquiries.

Maintain payroll records and implement updates as needed.

3-5 years of payroll experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced payroll setting.

Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations and year-end processes.

Experience with payroll software (e.g., Bilingual (English & French).

Hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 remote).

Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations

Direct payroll experience

Knowledge of the Workforce Now platform (would be a great asset)

Post-secondary education preferred, or equivalent experience in administration, customer service or human resources.
