This internship is designed for aspiring project managers seeking foundational industry exposure. No prior professional experience is required. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Support day-to-day project coordination and task tracking. Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports. Utilise project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project. Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure project alignment. Help manage stakeholder communication and follow-ups. Identify risks and assist with issue tracking and resolution documentation. Participate in team meetings and project review sessions. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or related fields. Strong organisational and communication skills. Development of leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion. Eligibility for Pre-Placement Opportunities (PPO) at HireShire or partner organisations based on performance. Stipend Stipend starts from C$ 25/hour, with potential increments based on assessment performance, skill progression, and project contributions.
