As a Sales and Customer Service Associate at 7x, you will deliver customized customer experiences for recognized consumer brands. You will implement solutions-based sales methods, meet established targets, and represent clients across multiple communication channels. The position requires independent work and strong software navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement consultative and solutions-based sales methodologies
- Meet established sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Navigate multiple systems during customer transactions
- Propose options and solutions that positively influence customers
- Represent client brands through superior customer experiences
Requirements:
- Exceptional multitasking with Microsoft Office and Windows
- Patience, attentive listening, and creative problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, tenacious, fast-learning, and independent approach
- Stronger-than-average English verbal and written communication
- Telephone sales or service experience is helpful, not required
