Guide a committed team of security professionals to deliver exceptional client service A-1 Security is seeking an experienced Field Manager to oversee operations from 9 PM to 9 AM, ensuring top-tier security service delivery. You’ll recruit, retain, and discipline mobile security personnel while collaborating with management on strategic plans. As a key figure, your role includes conducting site audits, addressing client concerns, and maintaining safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage after-hours operations and staff performance
- Recruit and develop a dedicated mobile security team
- Collaborate on strategic action plans with leadership
- Ensure exceptional client service tailored to needs
- Proactively train personnel on safety best practices
- 2-5 years in security management experience
- Clean criminal record with valid security license
- High School Diploma and valid Driver's License
- Experience in client relations and contract negotiations
- Proven leadership capabilities handling large teams
