Become part of Silver Tree Residential’s growing team as a Facilities Technician/Attendant in Baltimore, MD. This entry-level position focuses on building maintenance and cleanliness within a multi-family community. Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable Facilities Technician/Attendant for the Marlborough Apartments, a community for seniors. This role combines 70% porter duties and 30% technician tasks, ensuring high standards of maintenance and cleanliness. You will report to the Community Director and Facilities Director to handle maintenance requests and other assignments effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep and vacuum public areas and stairways
- Dust and clean laundry room appliances
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and trash rooms
- Keep a permanent record of service requests
- Ensure timely satisfaction of resident service requests
- Entry-level experience in maintenance or facilities
- Reliable and quality-focused attitude
- Must have valid driver's license
- Ability to follow directions and report daily tasks
- Willingness to perform on-call duties
