Sur La Table seeks an early-career Email and SMS Associate reporting to the CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Manager. You will build campaigns, perform quality assurance, schedule sends, and learn the program from the ground up. The work includes Braze, Wrike, audience setup, and campaign performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build email and SMS campaigns in Braze
- Complete pre-send quality assurance for every campaign
- Schedule and deploy daily campaigns
- Convert campaign calendars into Wrike briefs and tickets
- Track open, click, and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Zero to two years sending hands-on email campaigns
- Fast learning demonstrated through independently acquired skills
- Self-directed use of AI for building, automation, or research
- Strong attention to detail and feedback receptiveness
- Comfort with technical work and basic email HTML
Grow into campaign ownership at Sur La Table while applying Braze, testing, organization, and performance tracking skills.
