Key Responsibilities
Manage paid media across four advertising platforms Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting Test creative and decide when campaigns should end Maintain trusted conversion tracking and attribution Own client roadmaps, reporting narratives, retention, and upsells
Requirements:
Three or more years hands-on Google Ads experience Three or more years hands-on Meta campaign experience Demonstrated improvements in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously Clear spoken English for live United States client calls Bring paid media judgment, performance marketing expertise, and urgent care understanding to Blacksmith Agency’s multi-location clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
