Program & Community Coordinator League of Innovators (LOI) Website: loi.ac Instagram: Location: Location: Remote (Canada) — Hybrid if based in Vancouver Type: Full-time Start: February 2026 About the League of Innovators League of Innovators (LOI) is Canada's largest founder accelerator for entrepreneurs under 30 (2,500+ alumni). We are a national charity. Our programs are free, we don't take any equity, and we are sector and model-agnostic. We offer accessible programs across Canada, delivered virtually with in-person meetups throughout the year including events, conferences, AMAs, and awards. Our mission is to shorten the path to success for founders by helping them learn directly from other founders. We offer programming for founders who are just learning about entrepreneurship to scaling Canada's up and coming all star companies. We are a small, dynamic, fast-moving team that works closely with hundreds of young entrepreneurs across the country each year. We have also opened North House (joinnorthhouse.com), Vancouver's first space exclusively for all-in founders. It is a co-working environment designed to support collaboration, productivity, and founder growth, and it also hosts occasional programming and community gatherings. The Role We're looking for a Program & Community Coordinator who's excited to support founders, keep programs running smoothly, and help build an engaged, thriving community. This role is perfect for someone who loves startups, learns quickly, and isn't afraid to wear many hats. You'll work across LOI's acceleration programs and support community operations virtually, as well as at North House. What Makes Working at LOI Awesome Working at LOI is genuinely one of the best ways to learn about entrepreneurship in Canada. You get a front-row seat to world-class founders, operators, and investors, sitting in on every session across E101, Labs, and Boost. You'll absorb insights directly from leaders like Harley Finkelstein (Shopify), Arlene Dickinson (CBC Dragon's Den), Marc Randolph (Netflix), Noura Sakkijha (Mejuri), Mark Cuban (Shark Tank), and Tara Bosch (Smartsweets), Eric Ries (Lean Startup Book) — along with hundreds of early-stage founders building real companies. The learning curve is unmatched. You're immersed in a high-energy, supportive community where curiosity is encouraged, questions are celebrated, and growth happens fast. LOI is a place where you get to see how great companies are built from the inside, connect with incredible people, and play a meaningful role in helping the next generation of entrepreneurs succeed. What You'll Do Help run LOI's flagship virtual programs (E101, Labs, Boost) — supporting the planning, execution, and debrief of sessions that feature world-class founders and operators. You'll often coordinate directly with speakers like Ryan Holmes, Brian Scudamore, Tara Bosch, and other top leaders in the Canadian startup ecosystem. Manage key administrative and communication tasks — including speaker and founder emails, calendar invites, scheduling, and keeping founders informed, prepared, and accountable (attendance, surveys, next steps). Engage with our founder community through onboarding calls, Slack updates, venture package coordination, and sharing relevant resources and opportunities. Support North House operations (if based in Vancouver) — helping run the day-to-day of the space, greeting founders, coordinating events, and contributing to the energy and culture of the community. Keep program materials, databases, and schedules organized and up to date, ensuring a smooth experience for founders and speakers. Grow into a facilitation role by gradually learning how to lead program sessions, with the goal of eventually taking on a more visible role in program delivery. Collaborate with the LOI team and jump in wherever needed — this is a true startup-paced, community-driven environment where everyone contributes. Who You Are You're excited about entrepreneurship and curious about startups in all industries You thrive in fast-moving environments You're organized and keep things on track You communicate clearly across email, Slack, and scheduling tools You're comfortable with admin and operational tasks You enjoy working with people and building community You take initiative, work independently, and are outcome-focused You like small teams where your work has real impact Nice to Have Based in Vancouver (to support North House), but not required Experience with accelerators, events, community roles, or operations You've started something yourself or naturally think like an entrepreneur We'll be reviewing applications on a rolling basis until the right candidate is selected.
