Worley is seeking a Project Manager II for its consulting team based in Calgary, Alberta. This role involves leading digital projects across North America and LATAM, focusing on resource sectors. As Project Manager II, you'll manage complete project lifecycles while ensuring alignment with financial and quality goals. Your role will encompass guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives while driving client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for team mentorship and exploring opportunities for expanding service offerings in diverse markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of project execution effectively
- Handle change orders with client approvals
- Guarantee satisfaction with project deliverables
- Ensure safety protocols are followed for teams
- Formulate and recommend project team structures
- Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience
- Expertise in automation and industrial instrumentation
- Familiarity with MS Project and various risk profiles
- Strong interpersonal and motivational leadership skills
- Availability for regular travel to Houston, Texas
