- Engage in relevant on-the-job training sessions
- Possession of a valid Machinist Red Seal
- Four years of equivalent machining experience required
- Competence in interpreting engineering drawings
- Experience in machine shop equipment operation
- Skills in CNC and manual machining are significant assets
