Key Responsibilities
• Foster positive employee relations and open communication
• Manage union engagement and labor relations
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
• Implement performance management and training initiatives
• Develop and update HR policies for compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Significant HR experience in diverse environments
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Familiar with Anti-Racism and Inclusion practices
• Experience in the non-profit or arts sector preferred Drive employee engagement and HR excellence at the Calgary Philharmonic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
