Your role includes addressing inquiries, monitoring overdue accounts, and preparing necessary reports using software. Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail for account monitoring
- Proficient in spreadsheet and AR software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle overdue accounts promptly
