- and our accounting team needs togrow with it. We're looking for an experienced accounting professional to ownour accounts payable with precision and help modernize our workflows. You'llwork closely with our Controller, Assistant Controller, and purchasing team, and you'll have a real voice in improving tools, controls, and processes.
What You'll Do
Own the full AP cycle: invoice intake, coding, three-waymatching, approvals, and payment runs Ensure payments are accurate, properly supported, on time, andoptimized for early-pay discounts Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintainstrong vendor relationships Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, including foreigncurrency transactions Maintain GL accounts and support accruals and month-end close Identify and lead improvements such as AP automation, electronicapprovals, EFT workflows, and better ERP utilization Support the Controller and Assistant Controller with reporting,audits, and special projects What YouBring ~3+ years of accounting experience with a strong AP foundationand exposure to GL or month-end ~ Exceptional attention to detail — you catch coding errors,pricing mismatches, duplicates, and missing documentation ~ Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle and how APimpacts reporting and controls ~ ERP experience and strong Excel skills; AP automation orworkflow tools are an asset ~ A track record of improving a process or implementing a new tool ~ Clear communication, strong organization, and comfort workingindependently or with a team What WeOffer Competitive pay, benefits, a flexible schedule, professionaldevelopment, and the opportunity to help shape the accounting function at agrowing company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
