Job Description
- Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Known customer base, reliable and high-quality products.

- Customer service or sales experience.
- Energetic, service-oriented person with a knack for finding solutions that satisfy customers.
- Someone efficient and organized who enjoys physical work as well as connecting with people.
- Good computer skills.
Here’s a Typical Day
- When customers come to the counter, greet them in a friendly manner, go find the desired products and process the payment.
- Answer a wide range of questions, suggest complementary or alternative products as needed.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them if necessary.
- Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience, as well as to provide effective marketing.
- Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
- Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.
