Key Responsibilities
• Implement PCL safety program and build safety culture
• Resolve throughput constraints and work conflicts early
• Direct communications with pipefitters, welders, and subcontractors
• Supervise and train shop foremen and leads
• Own shop flow from material receipt to shipping
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter or Welder certificate
• 15 years of supervisory experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of piping codes and welding processes
• Ability to lead multiple shifts and bays
