Overview Silent-Aire Limited Partnership is a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson Controls. Silent-Aire is a technology driven company that designs, engineers and manufactures hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions. This role is located at our facility in Nisku and you must have a reliable transportation to commute. This role will be offered to work Friday to Sunday Nightshift (6 PM
- 5:30 AM). Create and Maintain QA/QC control documentation. Document Control – organize all inspection documentation papers and online photos provided by inspectors. Daily inspection of in process units: ensure sealing is completed, no missing parts, and all other in process inspections are of high quality. Daily inspection of paperwork for all in process units and report any deficiencies to Quality Supervisor. Complete sub assembly inspections such as: motor, coil, evap., furnace, and paint. Complete unit final inspections. Review inspection documents and make unit packages. Assist with education of other inspectors and production team members. Assist marking with Engineering changes where drawings are not correct and submit to Quality Supervisor. Inspect all aspect of units with the appropriate forms from the beginning to the end and record all discrepancies. Organize all inspection documentation papers and online photos. Commercial/Industrial environment. Always adhere to safety policies (wear protective equipment). Overtime as required.
