What You'll Need
to Succeed My client is looking for someone with 10+ years experience within commercial real estate (retail or office), as a Property Manager/General Manager/Director, ideally with 5 years in a senior leadership role. You will be comfortable with leading a team, strategic planning, creating budgets, overseeing capital projects and liaising with tenants, vendors and contractors. CPM/RPA are considered an asset and Yardi Voyager experience is highly desirable. What You Will Get in Return You will receive a base salary of up to $165,000, 20% bonus, full benefits, 4 weeks vacation, downtown parking and a host of other perks.
