Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound customer calls across Canada
• Support customers with parking access and payments
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and report equipment access issues
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
