Commercial Insurance Account Executive

What the day will look like Achieve established sales and service objectives; Serve, retain, and grow the business portfolio; Analyze client needs by informing them about various products and services; Maintain good relationships and excellent communication with different departments within the company to effectively respond to client needs (e.g., claims, accounting, etc.); Increase growth opportunities by recommending different products/services when appropriate; Update client records in the management system; Resolve client issues/concerns within the assigned authority; Diligently review accounts receivable; Be available to support team members as needed; May be required to process certain documents, such as letters and cover notes How this opportunity is different Our new colleague will be working alongside experienced team of colleagues with a diverse set of backgrounds, ranging from account management, broking, claims advocacy, risk engineering and specialty brokers to bring the best of Aon to our clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success Five (5) + years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance ; AMF license in commercial insurance; French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; Demonstrated exceptional customer service; Proficiency in MS Office software. DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry.
