Located primarily at home or in Ville-Saint-Laurent, engage actively with fellow team members to ensure excellence in service delivery. Your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will shine in this customer-centric role. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical and product support to clients
- Collect and respond to customer feedback promptly
- Create community engagement among Fresh Prep users
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues
- Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in both French and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry skills of at least 50 words per minute
- Enthusiastic and adaptable to a changing environment
