Advance your career as an Associate Director of Commercial Financing with First National in Toronto. Drive the management of commercial mortgage applications and complex transactions effectively. This full-time role reports to the Assistant Vice President and focuses on overseeing analysts while managing detailed financial analyses of CMHC and commercial real estate financing requests. You'll engage directly with clients, ensuring timely and compliant loan processes, all while contributing to the development of the commercial mortgage portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee underwriting and credit applications for the team
- Manage complex transactions with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with clients to recommend suitable mortgage solutions
- Review financial information and third-party reports
- Prepare loan summaries for the approval process
- 6-7 years in commercial real estate lending
- Undergraduate Degree or MBA in Finance/Real Estate
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of relevant lending regulations
- Advanced PC skills, particularly in Word and Excel
